Geothermal Loop Systems
Making the right choice to install a closed loop
geothermal system means having professionals designing and installing
your water circulation system. The majority of failure in systems not
installed by Morrell Company, are from improper loop applications.
Closed loop geothermal heat pump systems can be the best investment you
can make for your home and/or business, or an expensive nightmare.
Should a prospective loop contractor use a phrase like "we do our
installations this way in case it leaks", BUYER BEWARE! This contractor
has already forewarned you of future problems, lack of knowledge &
experience in loop installations, quality of workmanship, etc. Many
water well contractors may have no training, or at most 1 to 3 hours of
generic classroom experience, and then turn employees loose, becoming
"professionals in the industry". At Morrell Company, our division
MorWell Loop Company does the whole-indoor/outdoor loop and circulation
system, as it should be. MorWell Loop Company strictly adheres to
manufacturer and/or engineering specifications, use of quality SDR 11
virgin grade resin polyethylene pipe & fittings, heat fusion for all
connections up to indoor circulator system, buried reverse return
manifolds, equal branch circuit lengths (within 5% tolerance), water
tight supply and return wall penetrations, pressure testing, and of
course, the Golden Rule- when in doubt, cut it out! MorWell Loop Company
has been Central Iowa's top loop contractor for over two decades. We
service the western two thirds of Iowa, better serving customers who
might otherwise not consider geothermal heat pump systems. The smart
heating & building contractors also use MorWell company as their
subcontractor, allowing customer freedom in upgrading to a closed loop
geothermal heat pump system. We quietly make other contractors look
good, but are available in a heartbeat for any service related questions
or concerns. Get the work done right the first time when it counts, and
specify MorWell Loop Company for any project, large or small!
